Every article undergoes a rigorous multi-stage verification:

  1. Research & Sourcing Writers must provide primary sources: official brand statements, press releases, verified social accounts, direct interviews, or on-site reporting. Runway AI flags potential inconsistencies for human review.
  2. Editorial Review Managing Editor and section leads (Fashion, Beauty, Entertainment) verify claims against multiple credible sources.
  3. Fact-Checking Team Dedicated fact-checkers cross-reference:
    • Designer/collection details
    • Prices, availability, and product specs
    • Quotes and attributions
    • Historical facts and statistics
  4. Final Approval Editor-in-Chief Julia Perry signs off on all published content.

Standards for Sources

  • Preferred: Direct from brands, CFDA, Fédération de la Haute Couture, or accredited journalists.
  • Accepted with caution: Reputable media (Vogue, WWD, BoF) – always independently verified.
