This site is owned and operated by Runway TV LLC (“Runway,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company, publisher of Runway Magazine since 1989. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of runwaylive.com and its content (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date; your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Permitted Use

We are under no obligation to maintain User Content in confidence, to compensate you for it, or to respond to it.

6. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing the elements required by § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent:

12. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. You may terminate them at any time by discontinuing use of the Site. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with these Terms. Sections 2, 5, 6, and 9 through 14 survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Runway TV LLC regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to act on a breach does not waive our right to act on that or any subsequent breach. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of the Site or our business.
