Marina incorporates so much of a couture/runway approach into all of her stage designs, that her designs are anything but ordinary. She chooses to incorporate her past fashion expertise into the crossover between fashion and costume, making each piece couture and handwork heavy, rather then simple cut and paste designs.She has designed concert tour costumes for stars like Taylor Swift, Pink, Britney Spears, Carrie Underwood and Katy Perry Prismatic Tour. Worked on show performances/concepts with Avril Lavigne, Usher, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez. Worked as the head of costuming on The X Factor, the NFL halftime show, and So You Think You Can Dance. And was recently placed into the Country Music Hall of Fame for her outstanding costumes she created for Carrie Underwood’s Blown Away Tour. In the sports world, she designed Carrie Underwoods Sunday Night Football outfit last year and again this year, and worked on Selena Gomez’s halftime show performance last year.
