The train Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden wore to her pre-wedding dinner was nothing compared to what she wore for the big day when she officially married her ex–personal trainer. Though the pre-wedding train was crustier and more like sea coral, it was only a fraction of the length of the sixteen-and-a-half-foot train she attached to her waist for the wedding, which required the devoted servitude of three bridesmaids to keep tidy. Rather than use the dress to wax the floors as she danced, she slung it over her arm.

The dress may have acted as a lint remover for the carpet on the aisle, but at least she was inside and not on grass, where she might have had to pull the ol’ secret foam flip-flops trick — no one knows, tee-hee! Not to be outdone, the groom wore tails and real shoes of his own.
