RUNWAY® MAGAZINE Corrections Policy

Effective Date: November 11, 2025
Last Updated: November 11, 2025

At RUNWAY® MAGAZINE, accuracy, transparency, and integrity are the cornerstones of our editorial mission. Since our founding in 1989, we have been committed to delivering fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment journalism our readers can trust. When we make an error, we take immediate action to correct it.

1. Our Commitment to Accuracy

Our editorial team strives to ensure that every published article is factually correct, well-sourced, and verified by multiple editors prior to publication. We adhere to industry-standard journalistic practices and the ethical guidelines outlined in our Editorial Standards.

If a factual error, typographical mistake, or misleading statement is identified—whether by our team or our readers—it will be reviewed promptly and corrected as soon as possible.

2. How Corrections Are Made

When a correction is required:

  • Minor factual or typographical errors are corrected directly within the article text.

  • A correction notice will be clearly labeled at the bottom of the story, including the date and nature of the change.

  • Substantial factual updates—those that alter the meaning or interpretation of a story—will include an editor’s note explaining the reason for the revision.

We do not delete or obscure errors. Instead, we preserve transparency by documenting all significant changes to our editorial content.

3. Reporting an Error

We welcome reader feedback and encourage our audience to report any potential inaccuracies.

If you believe a story or caption on runwaylive.com contains incorrect information, please contact us using one of the following channels:

📧 Email: [email protected]
🗞️ Subject line: “Correction Request – [Article Title or URL]”
📍 Mail:
RUNWAY® MAGAZINE
Attn: Editorial Department
7558 Melrose Ave, Hollywood, CA 90028, USA

Our editorial leadership—headed by Editor-in-Chief Julia Perry—reviews every correction request and coordinates directly with the reporter or department responsible for the story.

4. Corrections Timeline

We aim to verify and respond to legitimate correction requests within 48 business hours. In cases that require deeper investigation or involve multiple sources, the process may take longer. We will communicate with the requester if extended verification is needed.

5. Updates and Revisions

In addition to factual corrections, some articles are updated to reflect evolving stories or ongoing events—such as fashion week coverage, designer launches, or breaking entertainment news.
Such updates will be labeled “Updated [Date]” rather than “Corrected” to distinguish between a factual change and a content addition.

6. Editorial Accountability

All corrections and updates are overseen by our Editorial Standards Committee, which includes the Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, and the section editor responsible for the content in question.
We take every correction as an opportunity to strengthen our editorial process and uphold our readers’ trust.
